1. Introduction

Welcome to Bison Handyman. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By hiring Bison Handyman, you agree to comply with the following terms.

2. Services Provided

Bison Handyman offers home repair, maintenance, and installation services in Buffalo, NY, and surrounding areas. The scope of work is determined by the agreed-upon project details at the time of booking.

3. Estimates & Payments

• Estimates provided are based on the initial assessment and may be subject to change if additional work is required.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, checks, and electronic payments. Any returned checks are subject to additional fees.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Liability & Warranty

• Bison Handyman strives for quality workmanship; however, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, structural defects, or damages caused by other contractors.
• A limited warranty of 30 days applies to our workmanship. This does not cover materials, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse.
• We are fully insured, but clients must ensure the work environment is safe and free of hazards.

6. Materials & Supplies

• Customers may provide their own materials, or we can source materials for an additional fee.
• We are not responsible for defects in materials provided by the customer.

7. Scope of Work & Limitations

• Bison Handyman performs minor home repairs and installations. We do not engage in large-scale renovations, major electrical work, or plumbing that requires licensed professionals.
• Services are provided on a best-effort basis, and we reserve the right to decline projects beyond our expertise.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Clients must provide access to the worksite and inform us of any potential risks or issues.
• Pets and valuables should be secured during service.

9. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and will not share personal information without your consent. Any data collected is used solely for service-related communication.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Bison Handyman reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
